When Dale began percussion lessons at the age of 8, a lifelong love of music had begun. Dale's love for music has led him to many exciting realms of this art. Beginning at a young age, he has been a performer, arranger, and a music educator to many inspiring musicians.

Although Dale continues to teach privately, his hands are also busy activating music electronically. Upon receiving a BS in Education with a music/fine arts concentration degree from Miami University, Dale realized his music performance days could well be over. It was at this moment that his disc jockey career had begun. And, since 1990, Dale has continued to fulfill his love of music as Sounds Great! has grown to become one of the most respected entertainment companies in the Cincinnati/Tri-State area.
